Making good use of TICS in EFL teaching

The use of visual stimuli as a strategy for the teaching and learning in all areas is extremely relevant for all teachers.Images can sometimes be used as substitutes for words or to produce non-verbal information.This benefits learners with poor verbal skills in particular,as the visual content brings into play the holistic skills of the rigt side of the brain.Therefore,it is impossible to think of a good educational blog without images(diagrams,photos,drawing,cartoons and all sort of visual input)

Tips to build English Vocabulary

*Connect:Make your own connections between words.Use different strategies.
*Write:Write sentences with new vocabulary words or compose a story using a group of words.
*Draw:Expose the artist in you by drawing pictures related to the words you study.
*Create:Design flashcards in English and study them in your spare time.
*Listen:Think about other words which sound similar to the words you are listening.Associate the other words with the new word to help you remember the pronunciation.
*Choose:remember that topics that interest you will be easier to learn.
*Limit:Don't try to memorize the dictionary in a day¡
